Navigating OSHA's Worker Walkaround Rule

On May 31, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) final rule on the Worker Walkaround Representative Designation Process went into effect. The final rule allows employees to select another employee or a non-employee third-party individual to serve as a representative during an OSHA inspection with the Compliance Safety and Health Officer (CSHO). The rule expands the type of third-party individuals that are allowed to join an inspection, prior to the rule it was limited to industrial hygienists and safety engineers. Please join NAW and Jones Day legal experts Chuck Roberts, Associate, and Jackie Holmes, Of Counsel, for a 30-minute webinar to learn how to navigate this new rulemaking as well as receive an update on NAW’s litigation against the final rule.
